    How To Use

    Apply, starting from the bottom of eyelashes to the tips, using small, horizontal zigzag movements until the desired effect is achieved. Don’t let mascara dry between coats. Gently sweep the mascara over lower lashes. Easily removes with Note Instant Bi-Phase Make-up Remover.
