One use of our Note Ultra Volume Mascara and you'll see why fans love it so much. The unique brush carries the deep black texture sweeping it onto lashes for volume, while the ultra-thin bristles keep lashes separate. Formulated with Vitamin E, and sweet almond oil know for their nourishing properties and for added smoothness from root to tip.

    How To Use

    Apply, starting from the bottom of eyelashes to the tips, using small, horizontal zigzag movements until the desired effect is achieved. Don’t let mascara dry in between coats. Gently sweep the mascara over lower lashes to provide eyes a wide-open look and finish the mascara application. Removes easily with Note Instant Bi-Phase Makeup Remover.
