Wrong shade? Not right for your hair? We understand things happen, which is why Feel22 is dedicated to making the return/exchange process beautifully simple for you. If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, just contact our customer support team through email, live chat or social media to start the return/exchange process.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days from delivery date have gone unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If products are defected/damaged (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error to be reported instantly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Refunds:
- If your return request is accepted, payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Online payments refunds may take from 10-14 working days according to your bank SLA.
- Cash on delivery payments will be refunded through Vodafone cash, bank transfer or a gift card to be used again at our website.
In the case of returns for products purchased through Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 1 Get 2nd at X Price, Discount promotions or with free items, the following conditions apply:
If you decide to return the purchased item, you must also return the free item or the second item purchased at a discount.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact.
Refunds or exchanges will be provided only for the entire set of items purchased through the promotion. If any item from the promotion is missing or not returned, the refund or exchange will be processed based on the value of the items returned, excluding the free item or the second item purchased at a discount.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
